Biennial Rail Safety Program Reports

The Public Service Commission (Commission), to the extent consistent with federal law, maintains jurisdiction over certain activities/operations of all railroads who operate within the state of North Dakota. Additionally, the Commission's Rail Safety Program serves the public and railroad employees by implementing engineering, education and compliance programs that reduce deaths, injuries and property damage on or around railroads.
